Who We Are

Devpth is a technology engineering company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. We provide engineering services, software solutions, and consulting to businesses and individuals worldwide.

Our Services

Devpth provides technology engineering services including but not limited to: software development, system modernization, cloud migration, AI integration, UX design, and technology consulting. Devpth is also building its own solutions, currently in development, which will be governed by separate terms once available.

The specific terms of any engagement — scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing — are agreed in writing before work begins. These Terms of Service govern the general relationship between Devpth and anyone using our website or services.

Use of Our Website

You may use devpth.com for lawful purposes only. You may not use the website to transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to engage in any activity that could damage or impair the website.

All content on devpth.com — including text, design, code, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Devpth and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Intellectual Property

Work product created by Devpth in the course of a paid engagement becomes the property of the client upon full payment, as specified in the relevant agreement. Devpth retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific knowledge gained during any engagement.

Any Devpth solution released in the future will be licensed to users, not sold. The terms of each solution licence will be published within the respective solution once it is available.

Limitation of Liability

Devpth provides its website and services in good faith. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Devpth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using our website or services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law
